What Did I Do (Action):

  • I took the following actions to help Danni’s Delights:

    • Conducted market research to understand the target audience and competitors.

    • Rebranded the bakery's image to appeal to a younger demographic.

    • Implemented a social media marketing plan to increase online presence and consumer engagement.

    • Offered promotions and discounts to drive foot traffic and sales.

    • Modified the Shopify website to implement email marketing a create a more user-friendly shopping experience.

Results:

  • These actions led to an increase in sales and a significant boost in consumer engagement online. The bakery 15% increase in online orders. The rebranding helped the company appeal to a younger demographic, and the social media marketing plan helped the bakery reach a wider audience.
